While returning to school for her post-graduate degree, she prayed to God that His purpose for this additional degree be revealed. Shortly after God answered by placing a burden on her heart, to preach the gospel through provision of free medical services to rural villages. This was confirmed and perfectly aligned with her husband’s vison for ministry, who had earlier received a word that God is sending us to people of our own tongue and language. Together, Pastor and Mrs. Adebambo are passionately committed to taking this vision to rural village in Africa and South America in accordance with the leading of the Holy Spirit, the author of KAF.

Through medical missions and outreaches, we strive to  provide free healthcare services and supplies to underprivileged patient population and communities, empower these individuals with education on self-management of their chronic conditions, and improve overall health outcomes within their respective localities. We have Volunteers of Doctors, Nurses, and missionaries from United States and the local communities that will be conducting these activities.

KAF, in collaboration with other ministries, organizes evangelism outreaches to bring the gospel of Good News to every community we are privileged to visit. In the month of April 2022, KAF embarked on the first mission trip to Nigeria in collaboration with LIFELINE where two major outreaches were executed. What an outpouring of praise and testimonies. Our first outreach was at Iju-Odo in Okitipupa Local Government of Ondo State. The KAF medical team attended to about 1000 patients while the prayer team from LIFELINE prayed for over 500 patients within two days. Some of the patients gave their lives to Christ. We gave out free treatment, free eyeglasses free screenings, etc.  The second major outreach was at Mowe in Ogun State. The 2 days outreach was a huge success. The medical team attended to more than 1000 patients in this outreach also.
